When I reached out to the Nate D foundation, I was supported with the utmost care and love!

This foundation gave me a sense of hope, genuine care, and the guidance I desperately needed. The foundation helped me feel comfortable and cared for through the entire process from the moment I called, to the moment I arrived, and until the moment I left the treatment center.

They treated me like I was their own family, and went the extra mile to make sure I felt safe and comfortable during the transition. The process to get me to treatment was fast and efficient and made it easy for me to commit to my recovery with ease.

This foundation saved my life, my family and I will forever be grateful for the foundation, and the opportunity that has changed my life forever.

Being blessed with the opportunity for trauma therapy treatment through the Nate D Foundation has provided me with a new life to say the least, through my funded treatment in Thailand and being able to work alongside the most caring and wonderful counsellors and therapists, who helped me understand addiction and the underlying affects, which caused me such deep emotional pain leading me down a darker and darker path as my disease progressed.

Through my time in Thailand I was able to find strength and community, blessing me with a closer, personal connection to God as well as all the tools I needed after returning to Canada, ready to embrace my new life and hone the skills I had learned, as well as help those I meet along the way in the sobriety journey.

Going from the verge of death and no one left to call and no doors left to open, to leaving for treatment in Thailand blessed by the Nate D Foundation, I  am happy to say I am going on 9 months in recovery, moved into my new home with a job I love with my partner, and expecting my first child in April. I cannot thank the Nate D foundation, as well as Tiffany, enough for the new life I have been blessed with, and I look forward to making them as well as my family proud as I continue this journey of sobriety.

I am so incredibly grateful for the work that is being done through the Nate D Foundation and the opportunities I have been blessed with by the generosity and desire to give people like me a second chance in life.

I was someone who was ready to give up on life. I was someone who thought there was nothing left for me. I felt as though no one cared and the world was done with me. I was at my rock bottom and didn't care if I lived or died. And then, I was literally found in a hospital bed by an amazing person that was affiliated with the sober house that took me in and the staff and other addicts that showed me there was a different way than throwing in the towel. Revolution Recovery.

There I was introduced to the possibility that there is another way to life than killing myself with drugs and alcohol. I learned that in this amazing community there are a few people, doing selfless work to lift people back up, and give opportunities to those who truly desire change and an opportunity to turn their lives around.

The Nate D Foundation is an integral component in this process,  giving those who wish to get back their lives and truly make a change with amazing opportunities. The foundation gave me the gift to get trauma therapy and counselling I never would have had access to, in a place I never thought I would see, which led to unbelievable opportunities that I honestly never could have imagined.

If you are actually looking to change your life, to put in the work and effort, there are people at the Nate D Foundation who are out there giving people a new chance at life that they never would have had otherwise.
